Recent conference presented by The Australasian College of Soft Tissue Therapy at University of Melbourne. Two amazing presenters in Ebonie Rio - Tendinopathy Research and Joanne Elphinston - Movement's Role in Clinical Reasoning. So much to take away: The importance of technique and the difference between capacity (i.e. strength) and capability (i.e. range), How injury can inform technique, The importance of cues and teaching the brain about movement - the importance of integration i.e. "now you have the range, let's use it", let movement objectives influence exercise and stop injecting tendons!
